How to avoid ordering the wrong item
Supply the model details when ordering; engine number, body number, pull out or press button door handles, strap in or bolt on petrol tank, generator or alternator, 3 or 4 synchro gearbox, with or without overdrive, banjo or salisbury diff, wire wheel or disc/alloy wheels, chrome bar or rubber nose, ignition switch on the column or the dash, for 1976 MGB's - before or after September 1976.
Any/all information relevant to the area that your are ordering parts for. There are many more change points on individual parts. Help us to help you.
Refunds
Regardless of which platform you purchase on (this website or our eBay store) the following applies:
You are required to supply details/reason for your proposed return prior to returning the goods.
Please choose your items carefully, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. In the event a refund is approved a restocking fee of 25% or $20 per part number, whichever is the greater, will apply for orders placed on this website or through our eBay store. If the parts have been supplied with Postage Included/Free Delivery the costs associated with this component will be deducted from your total before a refund is calculated. In the event you paid a postage/freight charge, these fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for returning any parts at your own cost.
Please do your sums, it may be more viable to keep or to 'sell on' the goods, rather than return them.
If a product is faulty we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law and offer a refund or replacement once it has been assessed. For products sold that have electrical components or assemblies, you must comply with this condition of sale as failure to do so will void your warranty and make you ineligible for a refund or exchange: To avoid damage to the part, the car and voiding your warranty, all parts with electrical components or electrical assemblies must be fitted by a licensed auto electrician. The most critical assemblies are polarity conscious fuel pumps and polarity conscious distributor assemblies or modules, resistors, tank unit to gauge, polarity conscious tacho, regulators (fit & adjust on car), generators (repolarize) and alternators.
Exchange
If you change your mind or purchased the wrong product you can request an exchange within 21 business days from your item being dispatched. Items being exchanged must be in the same condition and packaging as received, with the invoice included.
In the event an item is returned damaged it will be sent back at customer's expense.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Special Order Cancellation Fee
If you make a special order for an out of stock item you agree that should you cancel this item you will incur a 65% cancellation fee of the total retail cost of the item not including any freight fees that may have been charged in addition to the item.
The fee is set at 65% percent to account for out of pocket expenses for our company ordering a product that we would not normally keep in stock due to it taking up valuable floor space and being a slow moving product in addition to any shipping fees we would have paid to get it for you.
