Shipping policy

Prices are shown in Australia dollars and include GST. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bank Deposit. Orders will be processed once funds have cleared.

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-10 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated based off your postcode and final packaging size. This is for bulky, heavy or long items that require a courier service to ship and will be marked as 'Delivery Extra' or Freight'. Please contact us for freight quotes with your postcode for an accurate quote. Commercial addresses are usually at a lower rate than residential addresses.

Anything marked 'Delivery Included' or 'Free Delivery' are strictly for Australian addresses. International customers can contact us for a freight quote by email or by using the Contact Us page on this website.
